Chemical consumables for desalination and water treatment

Chemical consumables represent a critical part of the OPEX of any desalination or water treatment plant. Improper selection or incorrect dosing directly affects the performance of the plant and the service life of the membranes.

We supply and advise on the use of:

  • Antiscalants (antiscalants) for reverse osmosis plants, essential to prevent carbonate, sulphate and silica fouling.

  • CIP cleaning products, both acidic and alkaline, for the recovery of membrane performance.

  • Acids and bases for pH adjustment in pre-treatment and post-treatment.

  • Sodium hypochlorite and disinfection systems in potabilisation and biological control.

  • Sodium bisulphite and chlorine neutralisers, essential to protect polyamide membranes.

  • Remineralisation products, such as calcite, bicarbonate or CO₂.

  • Biocides, corrosion inhibitors and ancillary products.

Reverse osmosis membranes and RO components

Membranes are the core element of any desalination plant. We supply reverse osmosis membranes compatible with leading manufacturers on the market, for both seawater (SWRO) and brackish water (BWRO).
